  23. X-Calibur memory board.

  41. He seems to give everyone a different story about the rubber checks.  He
  42. told me (when I got my rubber check) that he had to close the account
  43. simply because he moved and there wasn't a branch locally - and he was
  44. very sorry about the mixup... he would mail a cashier's check out
  45. the very next day.  Yeah right!  EVERY time I called I got this girl he
  46. was living with.  And every time Dirk was either out or working on the
  47. roof!  Well... I told her to get him off the roof and on the phone!  Then
  48. he would claim to have forgotten... and would get the cashier's check out
  49. right away.  A total lie!  Repeat ad nausium!

  51. The moving, intermittently disconnected phone, and changing phone numbers
  52. made things even worse.  The REAL story is that he has a rubber-checkbook
  53. just for 'buying' things!  There is no mistake!  Dirk is a liar and a
  54. thief.  The evidence is clear.  He didn't have the money to buy the
  55. things over the net.  The account had to be closed by him personally.
  56. He continued to initiate deals over the net and pay with checks on the
  57. closed account.  Almost 2 years later he is doing the same thing... and
  58. it would be my guess that the bouncing checks are being written on the
  59. same 2-year old rubber checkbook!  He is fully aware of what he is doing;
  60. stealing!

  62. When Dirk says he's sorry and will get a cashier's check out right away,
  63. what he actually means is "Hey sucker, wait a little longer until I can
  64. move, change my phone number and get you (all) off my trail."

  72. You will never hear from him.  He will always have some other dilemma that
  73. kept him from contacting you.  The whole sob story on the net was to try
  74. to clear his name so he can continue to steal.  Of course if he weren't
  75. such a liar, each of you would either have your money... or at least your
  76. merchandise back - that is if he hasn't traded the stolen goods for
  77. something else already!

  81. For a long while I felt like taking my vacation in California and letting
  82. him know first hand how I felt about the whole thing.  And then I would
  83. let him know with my other hand! :-)
